A federal or state-issued photo ID, payment for the first month, cleaning deposit (refundable when you move out), and a lock to secure your unit.
Typically every month on the day you opened a contract with us, but if you wish to make it for a specified day we will be happy to serve you.
We accept cash, checks, Visa, and Mastercard. Payments may be made by visiting our office, over the phone with a credit card, or you can set up AutoPay(recommended) with us so that you never miss a deadline.
Yes we do! For the first two weeks of the rental period we pro-rate to the exact day that you move out.
Common sense and state laws determine what may be stored. You alone control access to your storage space; therefore, never store live animals, perishables, liquids, explosives, flammable liquids and fuels, toxic materials, or other items that need a controlled environment.
Yes, the storage office and gates are closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
No, you can only access your unit during the open gate hours. The gates are open Monday-Saturday, 7:00AM-6:00PM and Sunday 11:00AM-5:00PM. All times are in local Flagstaff time.
